If you experience issues that are covered under your warranty period, please submit a claim on the page below. Expnd PH reserves the right to provide you with a free resolution,to replace to repair the damaged part of the furniture or offer a partial monetary compensation to keep the product as is. Some delays may occur with the manufacturing and the shipment of your replacement parts. Replacement parts of wood naturally carry variations, due to grains variations which may result in a difference in your replacement due to color, tone, or texture. Material product may be subject to availability of the same pattern or color. The appeal of wood furniture is that each piece is unique in terms of color, natural marks, grain patterns or knots and workmanship. Consequently, some differences between items from the same range may occur as it is a natural product. As wood is a natural product it has these unique qualities: wood splits, filling, knots, distress marks, antiquing and more, each unit can vary of the essence of the prominent appearance. In order to provide you with a suitable resolution, pictures or videos may be required for the warranty team to assess the claim.
